  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times:

  • Karachi: 3–7 working days
  • Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 3–10 working days
  • Other Cities: 3–8 working days
  • Note: Remote or rural areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Charges vary by city and will be visible at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: May be offered during special promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS or email.
  • You can track your package directly on our courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are packed securely to ensure 100% safe delivery.
  • Fragile items (such as testers, decants, or gift sets) receive extra protective bubble wrapping and packaging.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • If you are unavailable, the courier service will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Ash Perfume accepts returns/exchanges only if:

  1. The product is physically damaged during transit.
  2. The item received is incorrect.
  3. There is a missing item in your package.

⚠️ Important: Customers must report any of the issues above within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear unboxing video proof.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan.
  • Please ensure your provided phone number is active and correct for courier verification before delivery.
